Different delivery times apply only to products that are in stock.
The delivery is made within the daily working hours, using different courier companies – SPEED, Econt Express and others.
Delivery the next day
Orders made until 12.00 may be sent the same day and received at the customer’s request the next day (then the delivery is “express” and is at the expense of the customer). The normal delivery is on the next day and is at the expense of TSP Ltd. Orders made until 12 am on Friday may be shipped for delivery the following Monday. Orders made during weekends can be sent next Monday.
It does not apply to Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.
Orders are usually delivered within 2 days. We will contact you if necessary.
When do you have a free shipping?
For all your orders to TSP Ltd, the delivery is free of charge. Free delivery does NOT apply to filters, supplies and accessories, to relevant appliances, and to certain items where there is a clear inscription about that. If you have difficulty choosing the exact delivery destination, report the problem, we will contact you and choose the right solution.
When I’m not in the place where the order arrives?
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday within the daily business hours. The courier company SPEEDY (Econt Express or another) will send you an SMS that your shipment has arrived. If you are absent from the address, the courier will leave a postcard indicating the time of his arrival. With this card you will be able to contact the courier company and specify another possible delivery time or go to their office.
Possible status of your order:
Pending order: We have an order but its execution has not yet begun. You can cancel the so-called pending order, if you wish.
The order is executed: We are in the process of executing your order, ie. get in touch and get in touch with the courier shipping company.
Order sent: Your order has been shipped. You will receive an e-mail with confirmation.
Cancellation: Your order has been canceled by you or by us.
